Intro to Hebrew Comprehension Class ONLINE!

INTRODUCTION TO HEBREW COMPREHENSION, on Wednesdays, August 26, September 2, 9 and 16, 6-7pm, via Zoom. Just in time for High Holidays, join perennial BCC teacher, Todd Shotz, for this high-energy, truly impactful online Hebrew class. We will gain fluency, improve comprehension, and explore prefixes, suffixes and word roots, while breaking down and translating prayers such as the Amidah and Shema & V’ahavta. Todd incorporates fun activities including Hebrew songs, poems and stories. The cost for the 4-session series is $100. Todd Shotz is the Founder and Executive Director of Hebrew Helpers. After many years as a Jewish educator in both New York City and Los Angeles, Todd started Hebrew Helpers in 2005 with the mission to create authentic and meaningful Jewish learning experiences without boundaries or restrictions, while at the same time paying tribute to tradition. He is an alum of the University of Pennsylvania, Alexander Muss High School in Israel and Project Otzma. In his spare time, he produces independent feature films.
